This is a strange one that I felt compelled to finish. Hmmm....lol
Here is a new song inspired by Michael Brecker! Still needs work, but I like the idea.
Many of the songs are dedicated to musicians who have inspired me musically for many years, also some were inspired by life events or people close to me.

One Night at Ankeny's
Jazz Conspiracy Trio- Danny McCollim-piano, Clipper Anderson-bass, Mark Ivester-drums
One night during our tenure at Ankeny's restaurant atop the Ridpath Hotel, this happened. The Jazz Conspiracy trio, featuring Danny McCollim- piano, Clipper Anderson-bass and Mark Ivester-drums, playing on a typical week night. During our 1st set, some buddies of ours came and wanted to party (they already had a head start when they got there), Mickey and Tracy! I won't mention any last names. If you know, you know! lol We powered through the set even with all the banter from the guys! The songs were recorded on a ghetto blaster placed under the piano. These are the unedited and uncensored tracks from that night! Some great memories I wanted to share with you! I do not own the rights to any of the music except Samba de'twig.

Jazz Violin Summit II
Danny McCollim
I had the pleasure and the honor of playing with all three Jazz Violin summits under the direction of Gunther Schuller. The highlight of the show was playing with the late, great Johnny Frigo, jazz violin virtuoso! He was 83 years old at the time of this recording and still at the top of his game! Johnny was a very gracious man with an incredible sense of humor and this was one of my all time favorite gigs! I do not own the rights to any of the songs.
